The 5K, 10K, and 20 Mile courses are run through some of the most beautiful and well-known areas in the Upper Mid-West. These great races prepare runners for the Twin Cities’ Marathon or for the Twin Cities’ 10 Mile. All of the courses are fast, flat and quiet. The three races will start at the high school. All finishers will receive a short sleeved A4 technical running shirt and plenty of food and goodies. Just a reminder to everyone that, due to parking issues, the location of the race start was changed. It is now on the east side of White Bear Lake High School, North Campus.
