takes place on beautiful Harriet Island in St. Paul. From the
recreational walker to the competitive runner, there is
something for every age and ability level including: 10K Run, 5K
Run, 5K Walk and 1K Kids' Fun Run!
The
competitive activities begin at 7:30 a.m. with the 10K Run,
followed by the 5K Run at 8:30 a.m.
The morning
action continues at 9:30 a.m. with the 1K Kids’ Fun Run around
Harriet Island Regional Park where all participants will receive
an award! At
10:00 a.m. gather family,
friends, co-workers and neighbors for a more leisurely 5K Walk
along the gorgeous Mississippi River. Activities will also include a family entertainment area
with a variety of activities to keep the kids smiling,
supervised and safe while everyone enjoys the morning. The

Make a
bigger impact by creating a fundraising team! Gather your
co-workers, family members and friends to form a Time to Fly
