THE SWIM: 1/3 Mile swim. This is an out and back course starting at the beach at Lake Front Park. Due to the popularity of this event the swim is a wave start.

THE BIKE COURSE: A 10-mile bike course travels through the scenic rural Wisconsin Willow River area. The course goes out on St. Croix then out on Trout Brook Road and back to Lake Front Park.

 THE RUN: Run up to North Hudson, through the city and back to Lake Front Park. This is a 4 mile run which overlooks the St. Croix River for a majority of the course.
