This is the
11th anniversary of the Get Ready to Rock 20 Miler and 10K. This
race has history, as it is part of the original Twin Cities
Marathon course. A majority of the runners completing the
20 miler are preparing for the Twin Cities Marathon or the
Chicago Marathon! The 20 mile course does three laps around Bald
Eagle Lake and it is very flat and fast. 10K participants will
complete one lap around the lake. All finishers will receive a
long sleeve shirt and plenty of food and goodies.
