From St. Paul:  Take U.S. Hwy 52 south about 25 minutes. Take the Hwy 19 exit for Cannon Falls. Go left or east on Hwy 19, take a left on 4th Street N. Turn left onto St. Clair St. W.  Take another left onto River Rd (also 9^th St.).  Turn right into the Fairgrounds parking area.  There is plenty of parking there.  The race start is across the street.
