7:00 pm - Packet pick up closes in the pavillion at Lake Waconia Regional Park

7:00 pm - Eat a good carbohydrate meal and off to bed early, Race Day tomorrow!!

Sunday:

6:30 am - Packet pick up and registration begins

6:30 am - Transition opens

6:30 am - Body marking station opens

8:00 am - Packet pick up and registration closes

8:10 am - Body marking station closes

8:20 am - Pre-race meeting on the beach at the start line

8:30 am - Race start: Waves go off every three minutes

9:30 am - 4 Mile Run Starts

11:45 am - Awards ceremony

12:00 pm - Post race festivities conclude

12:30 pm - Transition closes
