The Duathlon consists of a 2 mile run course that winds in and around the downtown area of Cannon Falls. It travels along a creek with a gorgeous falls that sets the stage for a great course.

The bike course is 14 miles in length and it is a fairly flat and straight out and back course through the neighboring farmlands.

The race finishes on the Cannon Valley Bike trail with a 3 mile run alongside the Cannon River. The registration, transition area and finish line are located at the local swimming pool at Hannahs Bend Park in Cannon Falls.

There are a great number of parks and fun activities for the family to enjoy while you are competing, so bring them to cheer you on and stay for the BBQ afterwards in celebration of your finish.
