7:30 am    Transition area opens (open racking of bikes)
7:40 am    Race day registration and packet pick-up begin
7:45 am    Body marking by registration area begins
8:45 am    Race registration and packet pick-up closes
8:50 am    Race director meeting in the transition area
8:55 am    Line up at start
9:00 am    Race begins
9:11 am    First runner in from first leg of race
9:46 am    First biker back into transition
10:03 am  First finisher of the event
10:30 am  Lunch begins
11:20 am  Awards ceremony
11:50 am  Anticipated participant arrives at finish
12:15 pm  Lunch closes
12:30 pm  Transition Closes
